Before the Recording:

  1. Check Internet Connection: A weak internet connection can significantly impact recording quality. Ensure you and other participants have strong and stable internet connections, especially if uploading video.

  2. Optimize Device Settings:

    • Mobile: Close unnecessary background apps that might consume resources. Adjust your phone's brightness settings to avoid screen flickering in the recording.
    • Computer: Close any resource-intensive programs running in the background. Ensure your computer meets the recommended system requirements for V.connct recordings.
  3. Lighting Matters:

    • Mobile: If possible, record in a well-lit environment. Avoid backlighting, which can make you appear dark.
    • Computer: Use natural light or a webcam light for optimal video quality.



During the Recording:

  1. Minimize Background Noise:
    Mute microphones of participants who aren't actively speaking to reduce background noise.

  2. Speaker Placement:

    • Mobile: If using a speakerphone, position it close to the sound source (microphone) for clearer audio capture.
    • Computer: Use an external microphone for enhanced audio quality, especially in larger meeting rooms.
