To conserve storage space and ensure efficient use of resources, our meeting recording feature is designed to automatically stop recording if there's no activity for 30 minutes. This means that if no one speaks or shares their screen during a meeting for 30 consecutive minutes, the recording will pause.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Monitor Activity:

  • Ensure that someone is speaking or sharing their screen during the meeting to keep the recording active.
  • Consider setting a timer to remind participants to stay engaged.

Check for Technical Issues:

  • Verify that there are no network connectivity or hardware problems that might be causing interruptions.
  • Test your microphone and speakers to ensure they are working properly.
