How to Manage/View Your Invoice History in V.cloud

The Invoice History section allows users to efficiently manage and view all their past invoices. This feature helps in keeping track of payments, exporting records for documentation purposes, and reviewing detailed information for each invoice.
Roles: Users who have access (Owners).

1) Log into the V.cloud platform.


2) Click on the "Billing Center" tab in the left-hand sidebar.

3) Locate the “Invoice History” section within the Billing Center.

4) The invoice history table displays the following columns:

b) Invoice Date: The date the invoice was generated.
c) Payment Methods: Methods used for payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
d) Amount: Total amount of the invoice.
e) Status: Indicates if the invoice is paid (✅), pending, or overdue (🕒).f) Actions: Select View Details for a specific invoice, a dropdown window will open, where you can (Print or download) the invoice.

Filter Invoice History
1) Use the Start Date and End Date fields to filter invoices within a specific period.

1) Click the Export button to download all the invoices in an Excel sheet.
