How to Add Balance to Your Account in V.cloud

Adding balance to your V.cloud account ensures uninterrupted access to features and services. Users can conveniently add funds directly from the dashboard or through the Billing Center. This guide details both methods and provides additional insights into managing your subscription and payment information.

Roles: Users who have access (Owners).

You can add balance to your account using 2 methods:

Method 1: Add Balance from the Dashboard

1) Log in V.cloud dashboard

Locate the “Balance Overview” section in the dashboard

2) Click on the “Add Credits” button. 

3) This pop-up screen will appear to enter your billing information.

4) This page will appear, enter the amount of balance needed to recharge and click on “Add Credit” 
Note: If your billing info is already saved, this page will appear immediately .

2 options will appear:

Option 1: Credit Card

1) Select the “Credit Card” option then click on “Proceed”.
2) As you click on proceed, this page will appear to fill the needed information and then click on “Purchase”.

Option 2: Pay with Code

1) Select the “Pay with Code” option then click on “Proceed”.

After clicking on proceed, this screen will appear in which you can find your order number.

Note: In case the payment is successful, this page will appear.
Note: In case the payment has failed, this page will appear.
Note: If you want to add your balance in USD , only the credit card option will appear. 
Note: To view all the added credits in the account, click on “View All” located at the “Balance Overview” section in the dashboard.
Method 2: Add Balance from the Billing Center

1) Click on the "Billing Center" tab in the left-hand sidebar.

Locate the “Balance Overview” section

  • The current credits balance will be prominently displayed in the Billing Center.

2) Click on “Add Credits”.

3) This pop-up screen will appear to enter your billing information.

4) This page will appear, enter the amount of balance needed to recharge and click on “Add Credit” 
Note: If your billing info is already saved, this page will appear immediately .

2 options will appear:

Option 1: Credit Card

1) Select the “Credit Card” option then click on “Proceed”.
2) As you click on proceed, this page will appear to fill the needed information and then click on “Purchase”.

Option 2: Pay with Code

1) Select the “Pay with Code” option then click on “Proceed”.
After clicking on proceed, this screen will appear in which you can find your order number.
Note: In case the payment is successful, this page will appear.
Note: In case the payment has failed, this page will appear.
Note: If you want to add your balance in USD , only the credit card option will appear. 

3) Click on “Get A reminder”.

A pop screen will open 

4) Then click on the enable toggle.

5) Set the specific balance amount for which you'd like to receive an email notification.

6) Click on “Confirm” to confirm the reminder updates.

You will be notified when your balance is low to receive timely email alerts.

Note: The minimum limit is ($10).
