How to invite someone to a meeting in V.connct3

The invite feature in V.connct meetings allows users to easily add participants to their online meeting.
This article offers a step-by-step guide for Moderators, Presenters and Users.
There are 3 ways to invite someone to a meeting:
1st way: From inside the meeting:
1) Click on the “Show Chat Panel” icon located at the bottom toolbar.
2) You can view the chat from here.
3) Copy the “Meeting Link” to send it to any user you’re interested to join the meeting.
2nd Way: When creating a meeting from your Dashboard:
1) Go to your dashboard and click on ‘’Create Meeting’’
2) Enter the meeting’s name here.
3) Then click on ‘’Next’’
4) Click on ‘’Copy’’ to copy the meeting link and be able to send it to any user you’re interested in joining your meeting.
5) Then click on ‘’Run Meeting’’ for the meeting to begin.
3rd way: Through the “Meetings” tab on your dashboard:
1) Click on the “Meetings” tab located at the left toolbar.
2) Go to the running meeting and click on “Direct Link”
3) A “ Direct Link copied!” notification appears to confirm the action.
4) As you send the link to the person you would like to join the meeting, this message will appear for him to join.
By following these steps, you’ll successfully be able to invite users to your meeting.
There are 2 ways to invite someone to a meeting through mobile:
1st way: From inside the meeting:
1) Click on the Participants button located at the right top of the screen.
2) Click on the Invite button located at the right top of the screen.
3) Copy the “Meeting ID” or “Meeting Link” to send it to any user you’re interested to join the meeting.
2nd Way: During creating a meeting:
1) Enter your Meeting’s title (Optional)
2) Then click on ‘’Create Meeting’’
3) This notification will appear ‘’copied Share Link to clipboard’’ , paste the link to send it to anyone you would like to join your meeting.
Note: The mobile steps are also applicable on the desktop app.
