How to create/end Breakout Rooms in V.connct3

The Breakout Rooms feature in V.connct allows you to create separate virtual rooms within a session to facilitate small group discussions or activities. This feature helps to promote collaboration and engagement among users.

To create Breakout Rooms:

1) Click on the “Three Dots” located at the bottom toolbar.

2) Select "Manage breakout room".

3) "Breakout Rooms" modal should appear.

4) Choose the number of rooms and duration.

5) Write a welcome message to appear when the users enter the room if necessary.

6) Two ways to assign users: Drag and drop users to the rooms or click "Random Selection" (it randomly assigns viewers only).

7) Click on the "Start Breakout Rooms" button for the rooms to be created.

Note: A new tab will open when you join a breakout room.

 On the main meeting interface screen, you will find at the top of the participants list: 

8) A list of breakout rooms you're in. 

9) The duration of the breakout room. 

10) The number of participants in this room.

Note: When you click on start breakout rooms, a pop up notification will appear to confirm the action.

To end Breakout Rooms:

First, you can end all the rooms

1) Click on the “Three Dots”.

2) Select "Manage breakout room".

3) Click on “End all Rooms” 

Second, you can end a certain room
