Editing the duration of Breakout Rooms on V.connct3

This feature allows moderators to edit the duration by extending or shortening the time allotted for discussions and activities within the smaller groups.

 To edit the duration of a breakout room: 

1) Click on the “Three Dots” located at the bottom toolbar.

2) Select "Manage breakout rooms".

3) Click on this arrow for the list to appear.

4) Type in the box the duration you prefer.

5) Click on “Extend Duration (minutes)”
