Guest Policy in V.connct Classroom

The "Guest policy" feature in V.connct likely allows moderators to control the permissions and capabilities of users joining the session as users. This feature would likely be restricted to moderators or session hosts

To apply the Guest policy feature:
1. Click on the “Gear” icon in the user list.
2. Select "Guest policy".
- A popup window will appear with three options:
- Ask Moderator.
- Always Accept ( All users should be able to access the classroom smoothly)
- Always Deny( All users who try to enter the session will be denied redirected to home)
If you selected “Ask moderator” option:
In the User panel there will be an option called “Waiting Users”.
1- Click on “Waiting Users” another tab will open with:
2- You can send a message to the participant in the lobby from here.
3- Allow all authenticated: this will give access to people who are subscribed to a package with V.connct.4- Allow All guests: this will allow people who have the links with no subscriptions after entering their names.5- Allow Everyone: All the waiting viewers should successfully join the meeting.
6- Deny Everyone: All the waiting viewers should see the message "Guest denied of joining the meeting" and should soon be redirected to the home page.
7- Remember choice: any option you will select will be default applied.
8- Pending users: To show all users waiting in the Lobby:
1) You can accept the user to join the meeting.
2) Send a message to the user in the lobby.
3) Reject the user joining the meeting.
Note: when a user tries to enter a message will appear at the top of the screen to notify you.
• As a viewer you should get into a lobby screen indicating your position in the queue.

Open V.connct meet application and create a classroom session.
