This article provides a comprehensive guide to the various controls and features available on our whiteboard, empowering users to effectively collaborate, brainstorm, and annotate.

To activate the whiteboard, follow these steps:
1) Click on the whiteboard icon at the bottom of the toolbar and the whiteboard will have already been activated.

Inside the whiteboard, several tools will appear to use:
The three lines icon:
a) Export Image: It's located in the upper left. With the icon of an image with an arrow to the right. When clicked, it will lead to a window in which you can choose the type of format in which you want to export the content of the whiteboard (PNG or SVG), as well as the scale (1x, 2x 3x) and whether you want to place a white or transparent background. To finally export it, the final step should be to choose the format to export.b) Help: It's located in the upper left, as you click on it, you’ll be taken to the help center documentation to answer any of your questions and provide you with the help you need.

At the top toolbar:
a) Lock: It's located in the upper left part, used to keep the selected tool active after drawing.b) Hand (Panning Tool): It's located in the upper left part, used to move the entire object from one place to another.
c) Arrow: It's located in the upper left part, used to select specific chosen parts of an object or a text.
d) Shapes: It's located in the upper central part. The shape that is selected is the one that can be drawn on the board and customized depending on the size and color you want.
e) Pencil: It's located in the upper central part. With the icon of a pencil. It will allow you to write freely, with the color you prefer.
f) Text: It's located in the upper central part. With the "A" icon. It will allow you to write text, with the color, size, and font you prefer.
g) Eraser: It's located in the upper right part. Used to delete any unwanted action.

1- More Tools:
a) Frame Tool: Create frames to highlight specific sections during your meetings.b) Web Embed: Insert external web content directly into your meeting.
c) Laser Pointer: Add interactive pointers to guide users through your meeting.
d) Mermaid to Excalidraw: Convert Mermaid diagrams into interactive Excalidraw drawings.

a) Zoom or zoom out: It's located in the lower left, where with the symbol "+" you can zoom, while if you select ")" it will move away.
b) Undo or Redo: It's located in the lower left. If the arrow is on the left, it means that you want to undo the last change made; on the other hand, if the arrow is to the right, it means that you want to redo the last change you had discarded.
c) Pages: Select the page number you’d like to view from the file/presentation uploaded.

In case you’re a presenter, these tools will appear on your whiteboard:
b) Files: It's located in the upper right part. In the meeting you can upload different files (PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) to appear on the whiteboard. You can quickly switch between these files.

Note: If you’re a moderator, you can become a presenter by clicking on this button on the whiteboard.
