My Account Settings in V.connct 3

The Account settings in V.connct let you personalize your experience. V.connct makes it easy for you to adjust your profile and account settings as you like.

This article offers a step by step guide for Moderators, Presenters and Users.

[Website]

Open V.connct Website and go to "Your dashboard", and select "Account settings"

Another window will appear to change or updated your account information:

[1] Upload photo

[2] First name, write your first name and your last name [3], and add your Phone number [4], and your Email [5], convenience, security, and access to exclusive features.

Then click on Save [6].

Change Password

- Click on "Change password"

- A pop up screen will appear; before setting your new password, please enter your current password for confirmation.

After confirming your password you will be directed to the "Change password" page to write your new password.

[Mobile]

1) Click on the "Three lines" at the top left of the screen.

2) A screen will appear, select " Account Settings"

A page with all the settings that you as a user can control in your account will appear.

- You can change or adjust your "Name and Phone number and Email Address” from here.

- You can enter your new password and confirm it, to apply the change by clicking here.

- On "Additional Info", you can enter more detailed information such as "Your birthday, Country, City & Gender"

- Click on the "Delete Account" button for your account to be removed.

- A window will appear with a disclaimer for all the information you need before confirming your deletion, for your own security. Type "Delete" in the box to confirm it, then click on "delete account".

- Click the “Save” button for all the previous information to be successfully saved.

Note: The website steps are not applicable on the desktop app.
