How to Reach the V.cloud Team or Schedule a Demo

Whether you're exploring V.cloud for the first time or need expert support, scheduling a demo is the best way to see the platform in action and get your questions answered.
1) Open the V.cloud Dashboard
Log into your V.cloud account and navigate to the main dashboard.
2) Click the “Talk To Us” Button at the top-left corner of the dashboard, click the "Talk To Us" button. This will redirect you to the demo scheduling page.
3) Choose a Date and TimeYou’ll see a calendar and available time slots for a Live Session with the V.cloud Customer Relations Team.
a) Select your preferred date.
b) Choose a time slot that fits your schedule.
c) Confirm your time zone (e.g., Africa/Cairo).

Once you've chosen the demo date and time, please provide the required details.
4. Enter Your Contact Details
Enter you Name, Email Address, phone number and you can share any notes related to the your project or your needs so the team can reach you.
5. Click “Confirm” to confirm the booking.
- A confirmation window will appear on your screen, showing the meeting's scheduled details.
- You can easily make changes to your scheduled meeting, including rescheduling or canceling it.
