How to manage Meeting’s Settings in V.cloud

V.cloud meeting settings enable administrators to customize meeting parameters, including audio and video, participant permissions, and recording options, providing tailored meeting experiences, optimized collaboration, and security for all participants.
1) Log into the V.cloud platform.
2) Click on the "Meetings" tab in the left-hand sidebar.
3) A drop down menu will appear, click on “Settings”.
2 Options will appear, “Room Features” and “Default Lock Settings”.
Room Features:
4) To manage “General Room Settings” enable or disable any of these features .
5) To manage “Admin & Participant Permissions” enable or disable any of these features.
6) To manage “Interactive Tools” enable or disable any of these features .
7) To manage “Recording Features” enable or disable any of these features .
8) To manage “Additional Features” enable or disable any of these features .
Default Lock Settings:
9) To manage “Lock Settings” enable or disable any of these features .
