How to enable/ disable the Shared Notepad in V.connct3

The Shared Notepad feature, enabling users to collaborate on a shared document in real time.
This article offers a step-by-step guide for Moderators, Presenters and Users.
Note: The icon of the “Shared notepad” will appear to the users or presenters after the Moderator enable it, otherwise it will not appear.

To activate Notepad, follow these steps:
1) Click on "Enable Shared Notepad" located at the three dots menu at the bottom of the toolbar.

2) The Shared notepad will then be added to the toolbar.

3) In the upper left you can see the options to put the text in bold, italic, or underlined. In addition, you can enumerate, list the text, modify the alignment of the text and make use of undo or redo.

4) In the central part, where you can see a blank sheet, is where you can write the text.

5) Click on the arrow icon to export the document or import an existing one.

6) Click on this button to save revision.

To Hide notepad, follow these steps:
1) Click on "Disable Shared Notepad" located at the bottom toolbar and the notepad will be removed from the toolbar.

Note: If there is still text in the notepad, it will not be deleted and can continue to be used when the notepad is reactivated.
Note: Only moderators can enable and disable the shared notepad and it will appear or disappear to users and presenters accordingly.
