How can I change my account email or phone number?

If you need to update the email address or phone number associated with your V.connct account, follow these steps to make the changes:

• Go to the V.connct Dashboard and log in with your credentials.

• Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Edit Profile" from the menu.

• Within the Account Settings, locate the "Account" section, where you’ll find your current email address and phone number listed.

• Click on either your email address or phone number, depending on which you want to update.

• Replace the current email or phone number with your new information. Double-check for accuracy, then click "Save" to update.

• For Email Updates: Check your new email inbox for a verification email from V.connct. Click the verification link to confirm the change.

• For Phone Number Updates: Look for a text message with a verification code sent to your new phone number. Enter this code in the verification field on the V.connct Dashboard.
