Can't hear a sound in the meeting? there are audio problems in the meeting?

In the browser:

1- Make sure to click on Allow Microphone Use before starting the meeting in your browser.

2- The headset is changed if one of them is used (wire headset - Bluetooth - AirPod)

3-Make sure that your mic is not closed during the meeting by clicking on the "Turn off the microphone" icon in the tools bar at the bottom of the screen.

4- If you are a participant and not a meeting moderator, please make sure the moderator has not turned off your microphone.

5- Ensuring the quality of the Internet

6- Change the means of entry to the meeting If the application is used, the browser is tried or vice versa.

7- If the solution is not done in all the previous ways, please go to our page contact us
